Aims and Scope Community Service and Empowerment Journal (CSEJ) publishes scholarly articles on community service, empowerment, applied innovation, and university–community engagement. The journal aims to disseminate practical and evidence-based contributions that strengthen community capacity, improve social welfare, support sustainable development, and encourage collaboration between academics, practitioners, government, industry, and local communities.
