- There are no charges for:
- Article submission
- Initial editorial screening
- Peer-review process
- Rejected manuscripts
- Article Processing Charges (APC) are applied only after acceptance.
2. APC Structure
Article Submission
Free (USD 0 / IDR 0)
Authors can submit manuscripts without any submission fee.
Article Rejection
Free (USD 0 / IDR 0)
No charges will be applied if the manuscript is rejected at any stage.
Article Publication (APC)
IDR 1,750,000
(Approximately ≈ USD 110)
This fee covers:
- Editorial processing
- DOI registration
- Typesetting and layout
- Online publication and hosting
- Indexing preparation
Article Editing (Optional)
IDR 300,000 – 750,000
(Approximately USD 20 – 50)
Includes:
- Language editing (English/Bahasa)
- Formatting and template adjustment
- Reference formatting (APA style)
Editing services are optional and do not guarantee acceptance.
3. Waiver Policy
Journal.my.id may provide partial or full APC waivers for:
- Authors from low-income countries
- Early-career researchers
- Invited papers
- Special issues
Requests must be submitted prior to publication.
4. Payment Terms
- APC is payable only after acceptance
- Payment instructions will be sent via official email
- Publication will proceed after confirmation of payment
